Giants for a gigantic cause
🎉 On December 18th, International Migrants Day, the In My Name platform is organising a powerful action in front of House of Compassion / the Béguinage Church!
At 10 a.m., the giant Sabine will receive a symbolic work permit, handed over by three other giants from Brussels, Anderlecht and Ghent. A colourful gesture highlighting an urgent reality: thousands of undocumented people already work, but without rights or protection, while the sector faces a severe staff shortage.
Experts, care organisations, trade unions and people with lived experience will speak out to call for a humane, realistic and just solution.
