Everyone is warmly welcome.
12:30 p.m. – Community meal and end of the fast
A large shared meal will mark the end of the 24 hours of solidarity fasting. On this occasion, Muhareb, Nadi, Odey and Abdallah will reflect on the meaning of their action. The next steps of the mobilisation will also be presented. Special attention will be given to the political obstacles that still prevent Palestinian families holding visas from actually joining their relatives in Belgium.
The soup will be prepared by Father Daniel and Nadine. There will also be bread, fruit, and cheese. Everyone is welcome to bring something as well, in the spirit of a light meal to break the fast.
