Demands

We endorse the demands of Palestinian Refugees 4 Dignity:

  1. To respect international law and take all necessary steps to prevent genocide and stop
    apartheid and the colonisation of the West Bank (Genocide Convention, 1948;
    verdict and opinion of the International Criminal Court, 2024)
  2. To put an end to diplomatic, economic and military cooperation with the Israeli
    government and army
  3. To respect the arrest warrant issued by the International Criminal Court
  4. To offer support to all Palestinian refugees and asylum seekers in Europe

We add a few points, to our Belgian politicians:

  1. To help putting pressure on the federal and Flemish governments, as well as the European institutions, to show their colours
    and speak out more forcefully against the genocide
  2. Explicitly support the demand for an immediate ceasefire
  3. Work on sanctions against Israel that barely allow humanitarian aid
  4. Go all-out for the recognition of the state of Palestine
